Your first visit to TanYgraiG Dental is important for both you and our dentist. 

 

Our consultation has been specifically designed to allow enough time to discuss your previous dental history and any concerns or apprehensions that you may have.

 

The consultation will take 30-45 minutes and will include:

 

• Taking a full detailed medical and dental history.

• Checking your teeth and gums and recording information about them on our computer systems.

• Checking the function of your jaw joint.

• A visual examination of your mouth as part of oral-cancer screening and checking lymph nodes.

• Any necessary x-rays.

• Discussion of your oral hygiene routine and a subsequent treatment planning with our Dental Hygienist

• Discussion of the proposed treatment (if any) and the formulation of a treatment plan.

• Providing an itemised estimate of the cost of your planned treatment and a schedule of works which will enable you to plan the timing of your treatment.
